Project summary:
Diversity and host range of Cuscuta in Burkina are highly unknown. Cuscuta specimens will be collected in local agro-ecological zones in 2023 and will be used for taxonomic identification through anatomical and molecular analysis and phylogenetic study of genetic variety. The project is an international collaborative effort by three institutions
