Systematic of the Amazonian Pachira clade (Bombacoideae, Malvaceae) focusing on Brazilian species
Project summary:
We will investigate the relationships of the Amazonian Pachira clade using a major number of species on phylogenetic analyses, since no other works used this genus or yours clade in your totality. Thus, we will use the molecular markers ITS and ETS for ribosomal DNA and trnS-trnG for chloroplast DNA.
