Project summary:

To explore the evolutionary history of the “Asian Palmate Group (AsPG)” of the ginseng family (Araliaceae). Nuclear and chloroplast phylogenies will be obtained using next generation sequencing (HybSeq) and influence of niche differentiation on the AsPG evolution will be studied through integrative analyses of climatic, functional and phylogenomic data.
