Exploitation of TAU’ s unique historical collections: a molecular approach
Project summary:
This project seeks to investigate Zaganiaris’ unique historical collections, that to our knowledge are kept only in TAU Herbarium, through molecular approaches. An attempt to elucidate phylogenetic relationships of extinct taxa from Greece (e.g. Isoetes heldreichii) and/or taxa that cannot be identified conventionally (e.g. Biarum spruneri) will be made.
