A comprehensive morpho-molecular study is proposed for the subtribe Conyzinae (Asteraceae) in the Indian context. The study aims to provide a detailed taxonomic account of the subtribe Conyzinae, addressing identity ambiguities, elucidating phylogenetic relationships, assessing conservation status, and exploring sustainable utilization of various taxa belonging to this understudied subtribe.
