Systematic studies in South American species of Deyeuxia (Poaceae, Pooideae, Poeae), based on morphological, anatomical and molecular characters
Project summary:
Deyeuxia Clarion ex P. Beauv. belongs to subtribe Agrostidinae Kunth and constitutes the richest genus with approximately 200 species. Its delimitation is still under discussion. Repeatedly, it has been considered as a synonym or a section of Calamagrostis Adans. or other genera. On this basis, it is necessary to perform a revision of the genus by adding a phylogenetic perspective while using comprehensive data evidence.
