I am the Research Leader for the UK Overseas Territories (UKOTs) at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. I am particularly interested in the conservation and management (in-situ and ex-situ) of threatened species in the UKOTs with a particular research focus on the Caribbean region. My personal research is currently focused on threatened shrubs in the genus Varronia (Boraginaceae). I am working with an international network to conserve these species across the Puerto Rican Bank.
