This project aims to revise the taxonomy of Hibiscus-Abelmoschus complex by field work, herbarium specimens examination, providing new phylogenetic framework and conducting biogeographic analysis. These findings will resolve the species boundaries, clarify species relationships, access conservation status and will also help in studying the evolution.
