Genetic divergence of chasmogamous and cleistogamous flowers of Utricularia triloba and U. subulata (Lentibulariaceae) from nuclear and plastid genes.

Project summary:

The aim of the project is the differentiation of both the chasmogamous and cleistogamous flowers of Utricularia triloba and U. subulata with the main focus on genetic divergence. We plan to analyse genes from different genomes (nuclear DNA and cpDNA). The divergences found will be applied for phylogenetical analysis.
