Evolution and conservation of the Brazilian cloud daisies (Hysterionica, Asteraceae)
Project summary:
This project aims to generate integrative taxonomic, phylogenetic, and conservation data for endemic Hysterionica (Asteraceae) species from the Brazilian Subtropical Highland Grasslands and associated rocky cliffs. By combining field surveys, phylogenetic analyses, and threat assessments, it seeks to support evidence-based conservation of these narrowly distributed species.
