Project summary:

Aspidosperma have being the focus of many studies since its description, but recent efforts have indicated gaps in taxonomy and distribution knowledge, manly in the Northeast of Brazil. I aim to answer if are there more species than our current knowledge indicates? and which region that harbours more species?
