Coprinoid fungi is morphotype of saprophytic mushrooms. Ca. 250 species are described in tree genera, but no integrative study with this group have been developed in Brazil. The aim of the study is perform an integrative study of coprinoid fungi specimens from Brazil using an integrative approach.
