Generating Global Accessibility to a Special Arctostaphylos (Ericaceae) Collection
Project summary:
Arctostaphylos is an extraordinarily diverse woody shrub genus. Vasey and Parker have catalogued over 9000 Arctostaphylos specimens in the Thiers Herbarium at SFSU. We will work with Herbarium Director Cantley and students to label and mount this collection and make it publicly accessible for future scientific research and analysis.
