Stabilization and Revitalization of LASCA Herbarium
Project summary:
LASCA herbarium seeks funding to clean insect damaged specimens; implement an active IPM program; freeze all specimens and encase in sealed plastic tubing for protection during room cleaning process; insect-proof the room with appropriate door, window, and cabinet gaskets; and provide enhanced environmental control with new HVAC and dehumidification systems.
