Phylogeny, genomic size evolution and taxonomic revision of Macropeplus Perkins (Mollinedioideae, Monimiaceae)

Project summary:

Macropeplus, endemic from Brazil, is an under collected genera comprising four species, two of them Critically Endangered. However, the group needs an integrative taxonomic revision to better circumscribe the species. The project also links science and community in order to aware its conservation.
