TESH herbarium lacks a budget, its specimens are kept in stacked boxes. To strengthen collection it is necessary to train students in taxonomy, flora, collection management; incorporate ca. 1,500 plant specimens and 1,000 fungi, produce duplicates, publicize their importance at local academic events, begin digitization, improve facilities with cabinets, microscopes
