Knowing the species diversity of poorly studied taxa in the Ayacucho region.
Project summary:
Botanical expeditions will allow us to reduce the information gaps, especially in poorly studied taxa that need our attention, since there are scarce records of their diversity. With this proposal we intend to make collections and characterize the diversity of ferns and macromycetes, aiming to record information in the field and georeferencing, especially creating the basis to encourage the scientific community to continue mapping the biodiversity of the Ayacucho region. All the knowledge generated will be available in the scientific collection, online, and through publications.
