Inferring a Robust Phylogeny of the Liverwort Family Lepidoziaceae (Jungermanniales; Jungermanniopsida) Using an Exon-Capture Approach

Project summary:

Lepidoziaceae, one of the largest families of liverworts, have been confirmed by previous studies as monophyletic, but some relationships among its subfamilies and genera are not yet resolved. This project will use a combination of molecular techniques and computational phylogenetic analyses to resolve its evolutionary history.
