Systematics of Micropholis (Griseb.) Pierre (Sapotaceae)
Project summary:
The project seeks to investigate the phylogenetic relationships of Micropholis. To do so, molecular and morphological analyses will be performed in order to contribute to systematics and taxonomic boundaries. However, there is now a critical need to develop more detailed monographic work of species, to better understand, manage and conserve the ecosystems in which they exist.
