Hidden fungi from Araucaria forests: diversity and ecological aspects of Brazilian Pine endophytes

This project aims to recognize the diversity and ecological aspects of endophytic fungi (EF) associated with Araucaria angustifolia. EF are highly diverse and beneficial to their hosts, while A. angustifolia presents ecological and economic importance. Expected outcomes are presenting a taxonomic list and understand the environmental factors influencing this community.
