Morphological and molecular re-evaluation of Striga asiatica-lutea complex in India

Project summary:

This study aims to understand the taxonomic status of Striga asiatica, S. lutea and an unidentified Striga in India, based on both morphological and molecular evidence. Therefore, it will provide detailed morphological description, photographic documentations, diagnostic features, and phylogenetic molecular data, to help proper identification of these taxa.
