Taxonomic Revision of Philippine Polyalthia s.s. (ANNONACEAE)

Project summary:

This project revises Philippine Polyalthia (6/11 species endemic). Using a morphometric approach, I will: (1) resolve species limits; (2) describe potential novel taxa; (3) map distributions; (4) assess conservation (IUCN 2025); and (5) train guides. This involves field/herbarium surveys and a proposed RBG Kew visit to examine critical type material.
