Taxonomic Studies of Psathyrelloides Fungi (Psathyrellaceae- Basidiomycota) in southern Brazil

Project summary:

Psathyrelloides is a group of macrofungus decomposers of wood, feces of cattle, leaf litter and soil; distribution and morphological heterogeneity. In Brazil, 86 specimens have been described, 23 of which have been registered in southern Brazil. This would be the first project to comprehensively address (morphology and phylogeny) a review of the psathyrelloides group in Brazil.
