Genetic structure of three endemic Gymnocalycium (Cactaceae) species for in situ conservation

Project summary:

The genetic diversity of populations is given by the interrelation of gene flow processes. The aim of this project is the evaluation of the diversity and genetic structure in three Gymnocalycium species with different ranges of distribution and conservation status according to the IUCN to propose priority conservation management units.
