Combining herbariomics and Sanger sequencing data to elucidate the systematics of the Greater Antillean Selaginella (Selaginellaceae)

Project summary:

A taxonomic and phylogenetic study of Greater Antillean Selaginella is currently underway. Our current sampling includes 41 specimens representing 33 of the 42 native Selaginella species. Through this research proposal, I plan to complete our sampling of Greater Antillean Selaginella species to evaluate their phylogenetic position in the global phylogeny.
