The project aims to generate a standardized protocol for species delimitation of taxonomically complex groups of Begonia section Baryandra using the foundations of the integrative unified species concept. Datasets from molecular, morphological, ecological, and geographical will be integrated using artificial intelligence (machine learning), defining species and subspecies.
