Evolution of Adesmia DC.: feeling gaps on South Andean plant biogeography
Project summary:
Adesmia DC. (Leguminosae, Dalbergieae sens. lat.) is suitable for approaching South Andean biogeography issues. Besides, its infrageneric classification is based on morphology. This study aims to provide a molecular phylogeny to the genus, which will serve to test phylogenetic relationships and the historical biogeography hypothesis for this genus.
