Systematics and phylogeny of Cyanocephalus (Lamiaceae, Hyptidinae)
Project summary:
To understand the diversity and the patterns who shaped current distribution of the neotropical Cyanocephalus, we propose this project, which aims to conduct an updated taxonomic review and reconstruct a comprehensive phylogenetic tree based on nrDNA and cpDNA sequences and explore historical biogeography and clade diversification in the genus.
