Comparative phylogeography, genetic diversity, and climate change cenarios of plants on inselbergs of the Borborema Plateau, Northeastern Brazil

Project summary:

This project investigates the comparative phylogeography, genetic diversity, and evolution of plant species on the inselbergs of the Borborema Plateau, Brazil. Focusing on nine species, we analyze population dynamics and climate influence using NGS, hABC, and niche modeling, with an emphasis on the A. pernambucense complex.
