Towards an infrageneric phylogenetic classification for the hyper-diverse genus Inocybe (Agaricales, Inocybaceae)

Project summary:

Inocybe is the most diverse genus of Inocybaceae. This project aims to target circumscription of the southern hemisphere Inocybe species and tropical groups, which are well sampled and available at TENN. This systematic revision based on phylogenetic data will help enable and encourage detection of novel diversity within each subclade.
