Project summary:

Croton subsect. Medea is a South American group represented by several endemic species. The group outstanding by the presence of secretory structures on stipules, bracts, and sepals. We will elaborate a taxonomic revision, and explore different methodological approaches to evaluate impacts on diversification rates across subsection Medea and related lineages.
