Systematics of Schnella Raddi (Leguminosae, Cercidoideae): Phylogenomic, taxonomic revision, Biogeography, and Character Evolution

Project summary:

Schnella, a Neotropical lianescent genus with 50 species is divided into two sections. Although poorly-sampled, previous researches suggest three different lineages within. A broadly-sampled molecular analysis based on 353 nuclear genes, biogeographical and evolutive analyses for the genus, and a taxonomic revision for Schnella section Caulotretus are here proposed.
