Study of the challenging Margyricarpus pinnatus (Rosaceae: Sanguisorbeae) complex
Project summary:
Margyricarpus pinnatus is a species complex distributed throgouth South America. During field trips in southern Brazil, we found several different morphologies on these plants, but the characteristics in literature are unuseful to distinguish them. The aim is to determine the type species, and them split the other as new species.
