Biogeography, genetic diversity and evolution of the Australasian alpine Podocarpus species
Project summary:
Podocarpus lawrencei is an alpine conifer species and has close morpho-anatomical and genetic affinities with other species clade (P. lawrencei, P. nivalis, P. totara, P. gnidioides, P. laetus and P. acutifolius). This study will investigate the genetic structure and diversification this clade using Hybrid Capture-Based Next Generation Sequencing.
