This project proposes an integrative taxonomic revision and floral ontogenetic study of the Amazonian genus Campsiandra Benth., combining herbarium research, fieldwork to undersampled areas, and SEM analyses to clarify species limits, taxonomic richness, morphology diversity, extinction risks assessments and to understand the origin of the remarkable polystemony of their flowers.
