Taxonomy and evolutionary relationships between the species of Palicourea s.l. (Rubiaceae) in the Atlantic Forest
Project summary:
The lack of taxonomic and systematic knowledge of Palicourea genus in the eastern Brazil makes this one of the genus is touted as one of the most unknown groups of plants in Brazil. Thus, understanding the taxonomy and systematics of the group is the first step towards to know of the distribution and diversification of the species of this large genus in the eastern Brazil.
