Phylogeny and delimitation of Pilocarpinae (Galipeeae), a Neotropical group of the orange family (Citrus, Rutaceae)

Project summary:

Pilocarpinae is a small subtribe yet has several economically important species. However, the delimitation of its genera and species is unclear. This study aims to propose a phylogenetic hypothesis for Pilocarpinae using NGS and test the monophyly of its genera and species, and propose historical biogeography, and diversification analyses.
