An updated phylogeny of rapid-radiated Guapira-Neea clade (Nyctaginaceae: Pisonieae) and a taxonomic revision for Brazilian taxa

Project summary:

The tribe Pisonieae Meisn. (Nyctaginaceae) is known by its convoluted taxonomic history, but
while some genera were reorganized to be monophyletic groups, Guapira-Neea clade still have
unresolved relationships. This project aims to reassess this clade with more molecular data and
propose a new taxonomic revision for Brazilian species.
