Phylogeny and delimitation of Pilocarpinae (Galipeeae), a Neotropical group of the orange family (Citrus, Rutaceae)
Project summary:
This study aims to delimit the subtribe Pilocarpinae, proposing a phylogenetic hypothesis. Its genera will be sampled based on molecular data, using next-generation sequencing by the target enrichment method. Morphological data will be inferred in the light of a phylogenetic hypothesis and studies of historical biogeography will be carried out.
