The present study focuses on the systematics of the genus Pogostemon and elucidating the evolutionary relationships and biogeographic patterns across the Indian subcontinent from a global taxon sampling. the IAPT grant is requested to conduct field visits across the Indian subcontinent, sequencing and herbaria consultation in K, E and Linn.
