Phylogeny of Scaphyglottis (Laeliinae, Orchidaceae) - species limits and evolutionary history

Project summary:

Scaphyglottis is a genus of Neotropical orchids that comprises several species complexes. Thus, our research goal is to generate a new phylogeny with Next Generation Sequencing data to better circumscribe species and conduct biogeographical analysis to reconstruct the evolutionary history of the genus.
