Revision of Dryopteris (Dryopteridaceae) from Mt. Kinabalu, a tropical mountain in Sabah, Malaysia

Project summary:

A revision of the genus Dryopteris Adans. in Sabah, Borneo, will be revised based on specimens deposited in herbaria and collected from the fields. The aim of this study is to clarify the taxonomy of Dryopteris in Sabah with the following questions. How many species of Dryopteris are present on Mt. Kinabalu; how do they fit into the larger Dryopteris phylogeny; and how do they fit into the modern classification sensu Zhang and Zhang (2012)?
